In order to ensure compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity Policy, the Company maintains an Open Door Policy for the reporting of discrimination and harassment claims.  A copy of the Open Door Policy can be found at the back of the manual as Appendix B.  An associate who believes that he or she has been subject to discrimination or harassment, or who believes that the treatment of a fellow associate violates the Company's Equal Employment Opportunity Policy, should immediately report the conduct in accordance with the Open Door Policy.  There will be no discrimination against any associate who, in accordance with the Open Door Policy, reports possible discrimination or harassment.
