Daniels Cablevision is one of 8,000 cable systems in the United States to participate in the On-Time Guarantee program.

If we're late for an installation appointment, it's free. If we're late for a service call, the customer receives a $20 credit.

But don't count on collecting. In the past 12 months, 99.8% of all customer calls were completed on-time.
